1. How long does it take to receive my order?

Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom embroidered items may take 5–10 business days.

Shipping time is separate from processing time.

During prom, graduation, and holiday seasons, processing times may be extended due to high order volume.


2. Do you offer Rush Orders?

Yes! We offer Rush Order service for customers with upcoming deadlines.

Rush processing prioritizes your order in our production queue. Rush fees apply and availability may be limited during peak season (April–June).

If your event is within 7 days, please contact us before ordering.


3. How do I make sure my order arrives before my event?

Please include your event date in the order notes at checkout.

We recommend ordering:

  • Bouquet Sashes: 3–4 weeks before your event
  • Apparel: 2–3 weeks before your event
  • DTF Transfers & Patches: 2 weeks before your event

4. Can I cancel or change my order?

Because many of our products are made-to-order and customized, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once production has begun. Please email us.

Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order.


5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the custom nature of our items, all sales are final.

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or if we made an error on your order.

If there is an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.


6. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.


7. What happens if my package is marked delivered but I didn’t receive it?

Once a package is marked delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  1. Check with neighbors
  2. Contact your local post office
  3. File a claim with the carrier

We are happy to assist with tracking information.


8. Do you offer digital products?

Yes! Digital products are delivered instantly via download link.

Please note: Digital products are non-refundable.


9. Do you offer bulk or group orders?

Yes! We welcome bulk orders for:

  • Graduations
  • Sororities & Fraternities
  • Sports Teams
  • Events & Celebrations
