Thank you for shopping with Covered By Design! We are committed to providing quality products and timely delivery. Please review our shipping policy below.


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Because many of our items are made-to-order and custom, production time is required before shipment.

  • Custom Apparel (Tees, Sweatshirts, Hoodies): 3–5 business days
  • Custom Embroidered Items (Bouquet Sashes, Patches, etc.): 5–10 business days
  • DTF Transfers & Iron-On Patches: 48 business hrs
  • Digital Products: Delivered instantly via email/download link

Processing time does not include shipping time.

During peak seasons (prom, holidays, graduation, Black History Month, etc.), processing times may be extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Priority/Express: 1–2 business days
  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
  • Refunds will not include original shipping costs.

Please double-check your address before completing your purchase.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Covered By Design is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost packages once marked as delivered
  • Stolen packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors.
  2. Contact your local post office.
  3. File a claim with the shipping carrier.

We are happy to assist you with tracking information if needed.


International Shipping

International shipping times vary by location. Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees
  • Import duties
  • Taxes

These fees are determined by your country and are not included in our shipping charges.


Digital Products

All digital downloads are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped.

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.
