Rush Order Policy

We understand that sometimes you need your order quickly! To accommodate last-minute events such as prom, graduation, celebrations, and special occasions, we offer Rush Order services on select items.

Please review the details below before selecting rush processing.

What Is a Rush Order?

A Rush Order prioritizes your order in our production queue and reduces our standard processing time.

Rush service affects production time only and does not automatically upgrade shipping speed. Expedited shipping must be selected separately at checkout if needed.

Rush Processing Time

With Rush Order service:

  • Apparel (Tees, Sweatshirts, Hoodies), Graduation Items: Ships within 1–3 business days
  • Custom Embroidered Items (Bouquet Sashes, Patches): Ships within 2–5 business days
  • DTF Transfers: Ships same day if ordered by 12pm ET

Processing time begins once:

  • Payment is confirmed
  • Design details are finalized
  • All required personalization information is received

Rush Order Fee

Rush Orders require an additional non-refundable fee. This fee covers priority scheduling and production adjustments.

Rush fees vary depending on the product type and timeline requested.

How to Request a Rush Order

To request rush service:

  1. Select the “Rush Order” add-on (if available), or
  2. Contact us before purchasing to confirm availability.

We strongly recommend contacting us first if your deadline is within 7 business days.

Important Notes

  • Rush service does not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless confirmed in writing.
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers are outside of our control.
  • Incomplete order details may delay rush processing.
  • Rush fees are non-refundable once production begins.

Rush Order Deadlines

If your event is approaching soon, Rush Order service may be available.

  • Orders needed within 14 days of your event will require Rush processing.
  • Orders needed within 7 days must be approved prior to purchase.

Please contact us before ordering if your event is within 7 business days.

Rush availability is limited during peak prom and graduation months (April–June)
